Since we launched our business in 2019, customer returns and liquidation stock have been our life. In the last 5 years we have seen the online sales market boom.
The last few years has seen huge growth from many non UK companies, selling their goods within the UK via online market places, such as Amazon, Shein, Temu, Ebay and many more.
Many of these companies do not have a UK address to accept customer returns so that is where we come in.

The Vision
Returns centre was originally set up with the idea of being a central returns hub for international online sellers whom were selling goods in the UK but had no local return depot, meaning goods were to be returned to the original country of origin consequently putting off buyers or sellers being forced to refund buyers allowing for the seller to become exploited by rogue buyers who knew that they would get full refunds and free items. This is modern day shoplifting.
We soon came to realise that it wasn't just international companies that required this service but many UK based companies also wanted someone else to take the headache away.
